Role Description

Jack Schreder & Associates is seeking a School Facility Consultant to support school districts throughout California with School Facility Program (SFP) funding applications, eligibility determinations, and related facility planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SFP consultant for school districts throughout California
• Establish and update new construction and modernization eligibility
• Prepare and track funding applications through the SFP
• Track expenditure report deadlines and assist with required reporting
• Coordinate with State agencies, project managers, architects, and contractors
• Assist with hardship funding applications and other State facility programs
• Assist with Developer Fee Justification Studies
• Travel to districts for meetings and board presentations

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience working with the School Facility Program (SFP)
• Experience working with school districts and State agencies
