Kim holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from the San Mateo Community College District and brings over 10 years of accounting experience in Bay Area school districts. Her background includes auditing, purchasing, bond reporting, school construction budgeting, parcel tax exemptions, and account reconciliation. Since starting her career in facilities and construction programs in 2011, Kim has been a key contributor to our JSA’s success.

At JSA, she assists with expenditure reporting, substantial progress tracking, and funding applications, ensuring compliance with state requirements. Kim also assists with fund release processes for state-funded projects, including TK/K programs, and plays an integral role in School Facility Program (SFP) audit preparation and application support.
