Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Education from UC Davis, where she received a Certificate of Outstanding Achievement. Prior to joining Jack Schreder & Associates, she worked as an English tutor for the Los Rios Community College District, gaining firsthand insight into the needs of educators.

At JSA, Emily specializes in the California Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and Full-Day Kindergarten Facilities Grant Program, helping school districts secure over $58 million in funding. She also works closely with the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) to evaluate eligibility for modernization and new construction funding through the School Facility Program. Emily is passionate about improving educational environments and is committed to supporting school districts across California in developing safe, effective learning spaces.
