Elona Cunningham

Elona holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Menlo College and an English/Spanish Bilingual Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of San Francisco. Before joining Jack Schreder & Associates in 1997, she worked as a bilingual elementary school teacher and held corporate roles at J. Crew in New York and the Gap in San Francisco.

With over 28 years of experience in school facility planning, Elona specializes in securing state facility funding and conducting developer fee justification studies. She has helped more than 100 school districts across California obtain over $1 billion in funding. Through ongoing collaboration with state agencies including the Office of Public School Construction, the Department of the State Architect, and the California Department of Education, Elona ensures districts receive the resources they need to improve and expand their educational facilities.
