• Preparing master and long range facility plans
• Preparing developer fee justification and student yield studies
• Preparing facility needs assessments
• Developing five-year capital funding plans
• Determining new construction, modernization and financial hardship eligiblity under the School Facility Program and guiding the district through the funding approval process
• Preparing school facilities project expenditure/accounting report and close-out reports
• Representing districts before the State Allocation Board
• Assistance with General Obligation and Mello-Roos bond financing
• Assistance with developing local funding options in excess of statutory developer fees
• Providing project management services to coordinate between the district, architect, contractor and inspector during the construction process

COST OF SERVICES

We can structure a payment schedule to meet the needs of individual districts. We will work on a monthly retainer, an hourly basis, or with a contract outlining specific project services. Our fees are competitive. In many cases, the cost of our services can be accomodated through developer fees or Mello-Roos agreements.
